BRANDISH
Not unlike the function of traditional steel weapons, credit cards are today's swords and revolvers. If in the long ago past, men wore highly decorative weapons from the waist as a sign of upper class status and power, we now stuff out wallets with plastic cards. The middle class men and women can now legally duel, garnering a better material life than the neighbor next door. It seems natural to decorate our protective and destructive weapons with traditional skills of a master engraver to recognize the never changing social forces. These credit cards were engraved by a master gun engraver, Phillip Dufffill, located in Birmingham, England.
